Who do we look for?

Whether you've just graduated, or have work experience, we ask for a 2:1 degree or equivalent. But that's just half the story. We want individuals who are not only geographically flexible but are passionate about working with us, passionate about the business area they are applying to, and passionate about the programme we're offering. You'll need to know what you're coming into and what you want to get out of it - and you'll be able to articulate this to us throughout the recruitment process. In other words, your CV will have far more than just a good degree to show for all your efforts.
